By booking with IANSONCLIPS, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of Images
Unless otherwise agreed in writing before the event, IANSONCLIPS may use photographs and videos taken during your booking for promotional purposes, including our website, social media platforms and marketing materials.

2. Credit
When sharing images captured by IANSONCLIPS on social media or other online platforms, we kindly ask that you tag or credit iansonmedia where possible.

3. Personal & Commercial Use
Images supplied are for personal use unless otherwise agreed. Commercial or business use must be discussed with iansonmedia before publication. Any commercial-use conditions will be agreed with the client before use.

4. Gallery Access
Dropbox or online gallery links provided by IANSONCLIPS are intended only for the client and authorised recipients. These links must not be redistributed without our permission.

5. Copyright
Copyright of all photographs and videos remains with IANSONCLIPS unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Booking Confirmation
An enquiry or booking request does not guarantee availability. A booking is only confirmed once iansonmedia has confirmed the booking with the client in writing.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact IANSONCLIPS as soon as possible. IANSONCLIPS will work with the client to reschedule where possible, subject to availability.

8. Event Changes
If an event is cancelled, postponed or significantly changed by the organiser, IANSONCLIPS will work with the client to reschedule where possible. Rescheduled bookings are subject to availability.

9. Photo Delivery
Edited photographs will generally be delivered within 48 hours of the event. Delivery times may vary depending on the size and nature of the booking.

10. Image Selection & Editing
iansonmedia will select and edit photographs at its discretion. Not every photograph taken during an event will be delivered. RAW files and unedited photographs are not provided unless otherwise agreed. If you would like to recieve these extra files, contact IANSONCLIPS and they will be included free of charge, but not edited.

11. Unforeseen Circumstances
IANSONCLIPS will make reasonable efforts to fulfil each booking but cannot guarantee coverage of every moment if circumstances outside our control affect the service, including equipment failure, venue restrictions, illness, unsafe conditions or changes to the event.
